Guangzhou is the capital of Guangdong Province and a sub-provincial city. It is divided into 11 districts (including Yuexiu, Liwan, Haizhu, Tianhe, Baiyun, Huangpu, Panyu, Huadu, Nansha, Conghua, Zengcheng).
